WHY THIS GALLUS EM 280?
 Complete Inline Production Solution
The machine combines printing, varnishing, die-cutting, perforating and slitting in one production line.
This allows finished labels to be produced in a single pass and reduces additional handling between production stages.
 Flexible Six-Colour Configuration
The six flexographic printing units provide sufficient colour capacity for a wide range of standard and premium label applications.
The additional varnishing capability enables protective or decorative surface finishing.
 UV and Hot-Air Drying
The combination of UV and hot-air drying increases production flexibility and allows the machine to process different ink and coating systems.
 Flexible Turnbar System
The adjustable turnbar can be positioned between different printing units. This offers additional flexibility
for reverse-side printing, adhesive-side printing and special multilayer label applications.
 Two Rotary Die-Cutting Stations
The two rotary die-cutting stations allow more complex converting operations to be carried out inline.
One station is equipped with a gap system for improved adjustment and production accuracy.

The camera inspection system supports continuous quality control during production and helps minimise waste caused by printing or registration errors.
