DENISLAV EAD is a Bulgarian company with long-standing family traditions in bread production, combining traditional know-how with modern industrial technologies.

The company operates two industrial bakeries, producing a wide range of bakery products, including white, wholegrain and specialty breads, baked goods, and confectionery items. DENISLAV EAD also operates its own fully automated milling facility, producing wheat flour (Type 400, Type 500), wholegrain flour, spelt and rye flour, using carefully selected Bulgarian wheat.

Production is carried out in modern, EU-compliant facilities, supported by advanced laboratory quality control and automated manufacturing processes. The company manages the entire production chain — from grain selection and milling to baking and distribution.
