Beschreibung

Gebrauchter Mischer von Bühler (CH) Typ SPM-50-HT mit Butterfly-/Dreiblattrührer für Arbeiten im Vakuum.
Der Mischer hat Kontaktteile aus rostfreiem Stahl.
Die Mischwelle ist etwa 1750 mm lang und mit einem Butterfly-Rührer mit drei Paddeln und einem Außendurchmesser von 1040 mm ausgestattet.
Die obere Abdeckung ist mit zwei pneumatischen Antrieben ausgestattet und passt auf Mischbehälter mit einem Durchmesser von 1100 mm.
Die Abdeckung kann bis auf 500 mm angehoben werden.
Der Rührer wird über einen Riemen von einem Elektromotor mit 45 kW, 1470 U/min, 380/660 V, 50 Hz angetrieben.
Der Mischer wird hydraulisch bis auf 90 cm angehoben.
Die Maschine ist mit einem lokalen Bedienfeld von Siemens mit Touchpad und Schaltschrank ausgestattet.
Die Maschine ist außerdem mit einem hydraulisch betriebenen Pfosten für den Mischbehälter ausgestattet.
Der Arbeitsdruck im Mischbehälter kann 0,3 bar erreichen.
Die Maschine hat mit Farben gearbeitet.
Mixtopf ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.
