This fence appears to stoke to the end of the belt to align the ends of the material strips across the belt and backs off after the top hold down clamp is under pressure.
The fence stop backs off after the top hold down clamp is under pressure.
Complete shaping station appears to move from left side to right side.
Consisting of top and bottom scoring with approx. 200 mm. diameter saw blades.

Pneumatic Gluing station


The following milling unit parameters were taken from the touch screen operator control panel:

Press cut length has a cut length encoder for up to (8) different mm preset lengths at a time. These lengths are entered by touch pad and can be changed with the touch of a finger.

Press infeed opens up to 300 mm. width cap. (which is wider than the press will accept).
Right side & left side horizontal side chain feed with manual handwheel adjustment and mechanical numeric digital readout.
Each side of conveyor is run by a 0.75/0.9ke 3ph motor and variable speed handled control.
Overhead left side bridge with (5) spring loaded hold down rollers and (3) limit switches.
Up / down adjustment of hold down bridge is by manual handwheel and there is a mechanical numeric digital readout.

Conveyor feed to a pneumatic pinch roller and pneumatic hold down arm station with a left side pneumatic horizontal tooth feed wheel.
There is a fence on the right side which is adjusted by manual handwheel with mechanical numeric digital readout.
The above station clamps the workpiece just before the up cut saw and then feeds the piece into the press.

Pneumatic up cut saw with 16 in. diameter blade and upper pneumatic blade guard / hold down driven by a 2.2kw, 220/400v, 50hz motor

Pressing station is approx. 4500 mm. long
Pneumatic pusher fence full length with (3) pneumatic horizontal stroke cylinders.
Bridge hold down full length with (4) pneumatic vertical stroke cylinders and (6) adjustable spring loaded hold down rollers.

2nd hold down bridge full length with (6) pneumatic vertical stroke cylinders.
Full length outfeed pneumatic pop up bar full length 25 mm. wide
