The Waterflow comes in a range of compact plate making machines specially designed for the
preparation of letterpress photopolymer plates. The system is designed for plate makers on a low
budget.
The Waterflow in-line plate processing system incorporates an in-line processor, an in-line dryer and
post exposure. The plate surface is automatically rinsed by fresh water from a spray bar and the wiping
is done by a high capacity sponge roller.
The plate is automatically transferred into the dryer unit and dried by hot air flow. The washout result
can be checked through a glass “viewing window”.
The whole process is computer controlled.
Metal base plates do not require any transport system throught the machine. An optional autoadhesive
sheet carrier is available for polyester plates.
