I°) DESCRITPION OF THE MACHINE AND EQUIPEMENT INCLUDED
Sheets profiling line
The decoilers consist of 2 hydraulic motorized uncoilers 10 tonne capacity
The line consists of roll formers by IL KWANG Korea with hard chrome plated rolls;
1 rollformer for to different roof profiles (3 and 5 corrugations-TRS and TRN in our brochure) with automatic changeover
1 internal face rollformer with two different face profiles (40 and 50mm stripes) also available: wall rollformer for concealed fixing.
Option It can be studied and modified to have a non stop system by adding another decoiler and to make a hole of around 12 deep to allow the changing of material (not included, can be quoted separately)
Insulating materials preparation line
This line can be added a manual feeding section for mineral wool it will be quoted separately)
Polyurethanes foaming and metering unit
1 four (polyol, iso, penthane and water) component high pressure pumping station installed (ready for another one to be added by a pump, prepared already on PLC) with coriollis flow meters for all components. So in total it can be a five components system.
One low pressure feeding and temperature controlling feeder station (still unused like new)
Continuous press
The press is 20 meters long and the speed of production is 9 m/min. Profile exist until 120 mm thickness, maximum opening capacity is 200 mm
1 conveyor press with temperature control by hot water
1 IR oven for the metal faces up and bottom
Full set of moulds for various roof profiles
"On the fly" cutting
1 band saw fully automated which is 10 years old but electronics revised in 2008
Minimum size of panel is 2,5 meters, maximum size is 18 meters
Cooling station and Tilter/Stacker
The line has a robotic stacker and a robotic turning device. The line is still being used to produce roof panels.

I°) DESCRITPION OF THE EQUIPEMENT NOT INCLUDED
a) Compressed air - one screw compressor 10-15 Hp with air dryer/ cooler.
b) Hot water boiler and insulated pipes- about 600000 kcal/h
c) Electric supply 3X400V 400 A minimum and cables.
d) Overhead crane for coils 10T
e) Possibly an insulated enclosure for the panel press ( is needed in colder climates)
f) additional hot water/air heat exchangers to heat the press enclosure (e). 40 to 45
degrees are needed in the press in case of colder climates than Greece.
g) Some reengineering to turn the unloading station as required in the new position.
i) 20-25 m3 pentane tank,low pressure pump and pipes (underground or above ground
as allowed by local regulations)- same regulations as propane tank.
j) Storage for polyurethane and iso components and pipes.
k) Engineering work to add wall panels to the production schedule (the roll former is
included in the line offer) but some metal structures a motor and wheels are needed.
l) Molds for the wall panels
m) A forklift to unload the panels
n) Various small items (lights,platforms,stairs,cable trays air ducts, ...)
o) license to install and operate the line. The pentane part is explosive.
p) Storage for pentane and pipes.
