Zur Sicherung des Wirkungsgrades von Chalkopyritsolarzellen ist es bei ihrer industriellen Herstellung erforderlich, die laterale Absorber-Homogenitaet (Dicke, Zusammensetzung) von flaechigen Substraten zu ueberwachen. Der portable Scanner iSXCAN.PORT ist fuer den Einsatz an verschiedenen Stellen in einer Pilotlinie vorgesehen. Antriebe, Getriebe, Steuerung und Encoder werden auf Basis von Nanotech-Komponenten realisiert.
